Hi, we built an Intranet system for a series of stores and incorporated vBulletin as their forum, but also used vBulletin for external pages to verify users and so on and provide access.
The site works fine, and the majority of users can get in and use the system without problems. The issue is certain people are having problems accessing the site from certain computers...so I'm guessing this is a Cookie issue....however, since we are using vBulletin on external pages, setting the cookie domain to .mydomain.com doesnt work (already tried and it wouldnt let anyone log on anymore). Any other thoughts or suggestions without making each user change their browser settings? Thanks, Dan ps - the same users though, DONT have any issues accessing vBulletin forums such as www.kirupa.com....so I don't know what's wrong with our system. |

Why don't you just leave the cookie at the default value of "/" and "blank"?

Clear the computers that have the issues cookies, cache, temp files and all that snazz and then try again if you already haven.t
