This hack takes any emails sent by administrators only that has the <html> tag present, and sends it as an HTML email message.

This has been bested and confirmed to be working on vBulletin 3.6.8 & 3.7.0 Beta 5.

is this a news letter hack?

Is there possibility for users to decide to subscribe the newsletter?
If it's a newsletter hack, can we include in the newsletter we send the displaying we want, adding images, flash, text etc...??
