Hi everyone

Can someone tell me how to get a registration block at the top of my forum homepage like holy poo has.

www.holypoo.com it has the register bit at the top then the shoutbox etc. also does anyone think they might be able to shrink that register box down any furtgher without losing any of the stuff in it.
