Hi

Is there any modification/mod by which I can assign a moderator at thread level not forum. so that the assigned moderator can edit/delete posts within a specific thread.

Not that I know of. Can't think of a reason to do this either. Can you explain a situation where you would want someone to be a thread and not a forum mod?

Soccer forums used to assign someone who will be resposible for publishing news (one thread per team) also, in live broadcasting when someone wants to report match events. I don't want to assign someone as a mod just to control a single thread.
