script register.php problem

I used vbulletin 3.7.0 beta 5 .
And i must moved register.php script out side of folder vbb . Because , this script problem take all over my server Ram and let my website overload server , die
That why, my hosting server they moved this script register.php out of the vbulletin folder and right now my server Ram loading ok
But , my members can not register in my website . The page cannot be found when they come to register .
If i move this script register.php back to vbulletin folder and then my members can register . But this script will be take over my server Ram and then my server will be Die or over load
Anyone have any problem same thing with software vbulletin 3.7.0 beta 5

Do you have any sort of plugins installed? It may be that a plugin is effecting the register.php page and that is what is causing the problems.
