Where can I adjust how often the RSS Feed of my Forum is newly generated?

vbtoptions > external deta provider > turn RRS On >

yourforum.com/directory if you have /external.php?type=rss2

thanks, but this is only how I can access it. I would like to specify if a new RSS is generated e.g. every hour or every 4 hours etc.

Is this possible?
