I'd like to add the vbulletin.org Search layout above navbar? I did search!

I've searched in this forum (a full year cut-off), and in the 3.6 mod forums to no avail...

How can I get that pretty search input field like vbulletin.org has (above navbar)?

like a lot of featurettes on this site, this one is a complete custom work, so you will not have anywhere... you may ask a coder to code something similar for your site btw...
