Default Create an HTML page powered by Vbulletin
This may be a dumb question, but I really dont know how to create a Vbulletin powered HTML page.

I have no idea what im doing when I try. What am I supposed to put for the path?

Can someone please talk me step by step on how to do this?

Search in future... How to create your own vBulletin-powered page! (uses vB templates)

You can't create a 'powered' HTML file, they are static, I suspect you have just got mixed up with the terms.
