How can i remove the option "show signature" on forumposts and such?
Do i have to remove it from all places within my templates?

I have the opposite question of this. How do I get a show signature option, so that a sig, doesn't show on every post?

You can go into your Vbulletin options and choose to disable signatures.
This can be done via the usergroup settings.
