I am curious if anyone has a fix or know why this is happening when I enable vRewrite?

I get this when I turn it on.. its odd.. as I have this installed on 5 different forums and they all work fine, except this one:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: urlize() in /forum/includes/functions.php(4946) : eval()'d code on line 1081

Any ideas?
