VB Version - 3.6.8 Patch Level 2

I recently changed my forum permissions for unregistered/not logged in users and I had a question on editing the "You are either not a registered user, or not logged in" error message.

I just wanted to know how I can change the wording, actually lol.

My suggestion would be to edit the STANDARD_ERROR templates completly, but if you only want change the text, then you have to look at the phrases manager.
