On submit error!!!

Hi all

After i upgrade from php4 to php5 , and when we play any game , after game ended i click on submit (Score) i got the msg bellow:

mySQL query error: SELECT gid, highscore_type, game_type FROM games_list WHERE gname='MajesticJS' LIMIT 1

mySQL error: Unknown column 'game_type' in 'field list'
mySQL error code:
