anyone know of a mod that would be like facebooks gift? it would cost real money, say a buck, get deposited in a paypal account set up by the admin and be displayed in the reciver and senders profiles?

This one is great but doesnt use real money via paypal. Maybe someone can slightly mod it?

You could use vbcommerce with vbcredits. It will work perfectly for this.
