How the forum titles are formatted

Hey all,

I'm trying to suss out in which order the forum titles are used, and the sub title below - so I can create my own table with the same style within, I've attached an image to show the section I refer to ... I have something basic at the moment but I want it to match in more.

All I need to know is what is contained within each <table>, <tr> and <td> tags.
