Need to move styles under the User login info

I'm looking for the code and template to move the Style selection on the bottom of the page to the top right under where it says:

Welcome, Admin.
You last visited: Today at 01:30 PM
Private Messages: Unread 0, Total 33.
<----right here is where i want the style select ---->
