Issues with Public Groups

Hi

I'm having a few issues with public groups.

1. When people join the group, their Custom User Titles get set to "Yes, user set" instead of what they are supposed to be, "Yes, admin set" - this causes users HTML usertitles not to be parsed and the HTML is shown instead.

2. In some parts of the forum, the users HTML markup isn't showing up. It's keeping the markup from their previous usergroup. All users have the public group set to their display group and I have it set to be able to override in the admincp. I realize this may be a problem with a mod, the Shoutbox in particular. However, it seems to work for some users.

How can I fix this?
