Can vbulletin be changed to look like this

Hi,

I am looking for a new bulletin board for my own site and want it to look something like this.

http://www.motorhomefacts.com/index.php

Rather - I would like to surround the forum with news items and photos. I cannot find exactly what I would like to do - but hopefully this would give you an idea.

Has anyone come across this idea on another site?

Yes, you can do exactly this with vbulletin and a portal addon called vbadvanced (you can check it out @ vbadvanced.com)
