Themes, Skins, and vBadvanced (and other Plugins)

Hey... if I install a theme or a skin AFTER I have already installed other mods or hacks... is there a way to like, re-install the mod or hack so that it applies itself to the themes' styles and everything?

Mainly I ask because any skin I install works fine on the forums, but breaks my homepage or any other page that uses vBadvanced.

Is the skin you added even compatible with vbadvanced?

Also, you should try searching over at vbadvanced forum as this is a typical issue with skins and vbadvanced, the image paths are typically wrong when the skin is installed.
