Changing the text in the Welcome Box

I'm guessing this is really simple but I can't figure it out.

After it says "Welcome to the _____ Forum" it says
" If this is your first visit, be sure to check out the FAQ by clicking the link above. You may have to register before you can post: click the register link above to proceed. To start viewing messages, select the forum that you want to visit from the selection below."

I want to change this. How do I do that?

Also, I have new registrations turned off and when you try to register it sends you to an announcement that says, "administrator has turned off new registrations." How can I change that text as well.

Edit those phrases.

AdminCP --> Languages & Phrases --> Search in Phrases --> Search for Text --> (Enter part of the phrase you want to edit Example: If this is your first visit, be sure to check ) --> Click "Find" --> The phrase should show up as a reult --> Click "EDIT"
