Is there any mod out there that allows specific blocking of PM's, from users? Like in IPB? As my forum really needs this.

be more precise, there is tons of ways to block PMs...

Does putting someone on Ignore block them from sending you a PM? I'm not sure.

You can set your PM options to only receive PMs from Mods and Buddies though.
