Is it just me or is vb.org very slow sometimes?

The site was crawling a few hours ago, seems ok now.

Ive only seen vB.org down a few times a year, its pretty good

I get the Jelsoft error message about once a week now.

Judging by the database errors I get, I would say its either abnormally busy at those times, or a DDOS attack.
