I cant back up my database I am using bigdump.php but there is an error whıle I start back up How can i back up my db pls help me

Do you mean you can't backup, or can't restore?

The error is very clear - it is trying to restore your database form a backup, but the user you have specified (ahmet) doesn't have "create table" prvileges on that database.

Also i suggest that you ask this on the support site for the software you are using.

You should use for backups:

mysqldumper

its free and the BEST on market.

The best is to perform backup/restore from the commandshell.
