Does anyone know how I may be able to use the RSS function to acquire latest posts (perhaps comments too?) from the blog section of vbulletin so they can be posted on a seperate page?

My front page is php with various articles and links, but it would help advertise the blog a bit if people could see it from the first page, not after digging for two or three pages down.
