Default mod version
When you create a mod the default version is 1.00, I always have to change it to 1.0. Shouldn't it be better for the default to be 1.0? No one uses double 0's.

vBulletin does? And a lot of coders use the two decimal places, the last one is for bug fixes and/or patches (which is probably the most commonly updated.)

Look harder - all my 3.5 and 3.6 mods use x.xx for the version.
For vb 3.7 Ive changed to 3.7.xxx |

I think most people use x.x. No one uses double zeros though which is what I said.
--------------- Added [DATE]1201549310[/DATE] at [TIME]1201549310[/TIME] --------------- Sorry Danny my first impression is that you were being rude with that, but now I get you weren't. Anyway there are many version formats people can use, my point was that I don't think people use double zeroes and everyone has to change that when they create a mod. |

Why does it hurt to just leave it at 1.00? Is it really such a big deal?

As I said, it's not a big deal. Just a detail.

Since its only a default, and coded in several places, its not going to get changed - it just isn't important enough.
