Changing multiple templates at once?
Is it really necessary to edit each individual template one by one each time you make a change to a template? What if all the styles had one parent style; would modifying the parent style change them all?
Sorry if the answer is really obvious, but I just upgraded from 3.0.2 to 3.6.8 and have a lot of work to do on styles. |

I have a 'parent' style I call Layout. I make all template changes to that style. The child styles all have their CSS changed. If I change the Layout template, then it is changed in all the child styles where I have not edited that template also. Everyonce in a while I have to edit a template for a child, but they are easy to spot cuz they are in red in the templates list, but this is pretty rare. Of course, my different styles are not big layout changes either, they are just color/css changes.
