Mutiple {param} value for bbcodes

I would like to make a custom bbcode for my movie review site.
What i try to do is, i would like to use 2 {param} values in same table.
Attached you can find a screenshot.
The first line will be {param1} and the second line will be {param2}

Is it possible to do something like this ?
