ERROR: Cannot find database 'dbasename'

I followed the instructions exactly (I'm running vb 3.6.8 by the way) - everything went smooth as ice until I got to the part where it said to expand "Arcade" in the left menu, which I did, then clicked permissions, and got this :

There is a SQL error.

what is the name of your database ?

When using another setting than "permissions", is that working ?
