Ok I have nearly made my page fully SEO, it just the footer wont be a footer.
Using Absolute bottom 0 prevents the footer from scrolling with the page.

Here is the CSS im using currently for the footer.

Also if anyone has a better way to posistion the text without moving the background images. I would appreciate it. The only way I could get it to work was with using line breaks which arnt great.

I also know the menu is broken. Im not finishing the menu till I can get the page working.

~I was able to fix this using a fixed call instead of absolute however it now hovers over my content. Any ideas?

I am not forsure how to solve your problem with the footer hovering but here is code to so you don't have to use the line breaks.

I didnt think of using margin-top. Thanks for that, I did not like the idea of the line breaks and they did not give me enough controll.
