Image quiz/poll?

Looking for something like this:

but supports images. I'm not interested in using VBulletin polls. Please tell me if something like this exists. I like the sounds and the flash animation. Don't know if this makes images impossible, all I know is I contacted the guy who is selling the program and he said it can't/won't support it.
