Move FORUM to new DOMAIN?

Hello I want to move my forum to a new domain, now how do I go about doing this the best and easity way without messing my current forum up?

Do I:

Backup database and all files of CURRENT forum
Take down current forum
Upload files + restore database to new domain
Change domain paths of forum, etc...
Done!

Is this alright and would this work?

And you need to change the Domain name to the license dude...
