Change default: Add New RSS Feed

Hello,

vB Admin area under RSS Feed -> Add New RSS Feed

How do I change all the default fields/variables in there?

I'm adding rss feed one-by-one, so it would be helpful if I temporary change some of the fields/variables to minimize repetition.For instance, I want

Check Feed Every... 10 Min
Display Signature Yes, instead of the default No.

That way, I don't have to do the same thing everytime I add an rss.
