vBulletin DB Error. - Help Please

Was there any changes by you or the host on the site or server, according to the error message, there was a request made to the db that isnt supported.

You can try to update/reset your vbulletin username & database password using phpmyadmin

Notify your server admin or host about the new issue.

Oh okay, no i didnt make any changes at all. Its a resellers account, so im my own server host. I'll try to update my pass/username in phpmyadmin, but should the actual server admin fix this>?

I just checked back on my site, and its back online now. Thats very wierd

I have another problem, just need to know where and how to take it out so i can stop getting this error from a hack that i no longer need. Please help.
