I can't tell from that small picture what is it that you are looking for - like what page is that picture from and what is it we are supposed to be looking at?

I havnt tried this myself, but I THINK it would be possible to use a tool such as phpmyadmin to simply add the <img>-tag to the usergroup.usertitle.
