Exclude posts from specified forums from showing up in New Posts?

Is there a way to do this? I have a forum that is populated with an RSS feed. I just don't want everyone to have to sift through those threads in the New Posts search results. Is there a way to filter those out?

Is this possible guys/gals?

What type of RSS feed? I've set up my board to receive news feeds and send them to News forum that is user joinable.
