Making header stretch to top?

at my new site http://www.epicboarder.com My header wont go all the way up to the top or sides....(there is white space around top and sides). How do i fix this?

figurd it out. For reference you have to go to your MainCSS and go to the extra attributes in body and change:
margin: 0px 0px 0px 0px;
padding: 0px;
