install
  • unzip narcotiqtr-concon-style and upload to cpstyles 'exp: yoursitename.com/forum/cpstyles/'
  • log into your AdminCP
  • vBulletin options
  • admin control panel options
  • set it to narcotiqtr-concon-style

I know exactly what Web 2.0 is... It is more than just changing some graphics. It is about making the Internet behave more like standard applications and easier to use with increased functionality.

Changing some colors and a few graphics does not make something Web 2.0.
