Few Questions
Alright well I just purchased vbulletin last night and so far it is working very well. There are a few issues that I am running into though.
1. Sometimes when I'm loading pages in Firefox, the pages will get loaded completely but Firefox will hang for a few seconds saying (waiting for website.com...). The page load times themselves are very quick, but that hang time is a bit annoying. I am not using any HTTP headers. I'm also using IIS to host this (for some reason I have a feeling this is the problem. Is the database slow or might there possible a vBulletin setting that isnt right? I would like to get it so that I get the page status to done whenever it's done loading a page. 2. I have the Quick Edit setting enabled in vBulletin and the AJAX setting enabled in the board settings, but whenever I try to quick edit a post, nothing comes up and I have to end up clicking edit again to go to the full edit page. How can I fix this? 3. Sometimes I'm going through the website CP and I get an error at the bottom of the page that states: Error in my_thread_global_end(): 1 threads didn't exit. I'm guessing that this error is indicating something wrong with my database. This error doesn't usually show up when I'm browsing the site, but I'm thinking this might have to do with the first problem I stated. Thanks for the help! |

Are you still using an unmodified default style?
Can you provide a link so we can see this problem. |

The link to the site is redoxhacks.com. We do have a different style up right now but the site was hanging with the unmodified style as well. We are running PHP 5.2.5 and I strongly feel that the rare database error that I get when I move around the admin panel may be the issue .
