This works well.

Is there a way we can CLEAR messages? I only see a shout button and there is no option to clear the window.

using command to clear messages
/prune
but you have to set it up inside Admincp (shoutbox) for permission to do this

This is a redistribution of zero tolerance's Inferno shout which is ovet at vbhackers.com. I recomend no one install this as it can contain exploits.
