Does anybody know what would cause this error?

in /includes/init.php(319) : eval()'d code on line 91

I have a friend who owns a site using vBulletin and he is getting this error. What would cause this?

It appears that he now has it fixed...

I'd still like to know what it was so that I can, in the future, avoid it or fix it quickly if it shows up. But I guess I'll get the information from him.
