my problem is That when a bot MSN (I think) tries to make some

I think the Bot is somehow landing on a non vBulletin page. If the databaseinfo in your vBulletin config was incorrect, then the whole board would not work.

Please check any additional software you have installed.

It's not a bot. It's someone going to your site from their msn/hotmail e-mail and especially if you have "websites that have referred today" mod, you'll be getting database errors.
