No one seems to know the answer to this on vb.com. Would be really greatful if someone could help
Heres the thread: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=253588 Outline: I changed the price of one of the subscriptions and because of this vBulletin failed to recognise subscriptions re-billing. On Instruction from Jake, I changed the price back and created a new subscription ID with the new charge and hid the old using templates, then reactivated all members who were not re-promoted by vbulletin. But there are still people paying the new price on an old susbscrition, so they will have the same problem next time around. How do I move these members to the new subscription ID? Cloud |

Edit... that's all news to me and replied also in your thread over there. I'm curious why you chose to edit templates to remove certain subscriptions when you can just disable them. They'll still recur even if disabled I assume?
