My VB 3.6.8p2 keeps getting hacked (current status hacked)

Hi,

I have a hacker (or hackers) who keep hacking my site. The first time it was due to my not having a current VB version, this time, I believe they used VBGallery to hack in. I had one of the good guys at Vbulletin help me fix it, but the hacker came back & must have rerun whatever script they managed to upload.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix my issues:

I am pretty desperate for some help. We disabled the gallery but somehow they were able to mess with the index templates.

I am unsure how to fix it.
