I think its User Ranks

well i dont mean like user group.

u know how admin is usally red and it says administrator under their name. well instead of it saying administrator i want a image like that banned 1

You set the usergroup to Administrators and minimum posts to 0.

Well, you also have to upload an image to use or else put in a text title.
