First of all:

Great site!

But I have one question.
I Like the "first post is always first post" like its here in the Mods Section.
Is it a standard feature or a hack?
If its an hack - is it available?
I searched a while for something similar but couldt find anything....

It's a specific customisation. I have no idea if there is a released version.
