Exclude Certain Forums From New Posts

I have an RSS feed and would rather not have the posts shows up in "New posts". I know that in 3.5&.6 you could simply write "&exclude=XX", however, in 3.7.0 it doesn't seem to work.

Does anyone know a way of doing this in 3.7?
