Is there anything out there thats similar to vbplaza, and is free....i want something where i can take credits and let them buy permissions and names decoration stuff....perhaps an add on to vbcredits or something

The guys at vBCredits are coding add-ons to vBC called vBCustomizer and vBCommerce, among others. You could check for progress at vbcredits.com
