Chage the PATH and Login box looks

I run a CMS and the forum is not installed on my website root directory. I have it like theis

mysite.com/forum/

when I add mods to the forum, the top of forum where it shows path and login information shows up wrong.

I want the PATH to say mysite.com > Articles not mysite.com - forum> Articles when I install the articles mod or some other mods.

How can I change the way that whole box works, more spacific, how can I change the way it shows the path.
