Hello, I have installed the VB forum in the public folder and I want to create a site like http://www.fishing.us/. How do I change the forum to look like this? I appreciate all help.

Well, judging by the footer of the homepage, it looks like they're using Drupal. But it will take a lot more than just adding a portal to get it "just how you want it".... whatever that is. You might want to start out by reading up on some HTML and the like.
