What is a "professional hacker" going to be doing hanging around here at vb.org?

Just ban the guy and if he comes back just ban him again. He'll get bored eventually.

I cant ban him he has demoted me and put in a hack to make him root admin so nobody can do it and he has deleted all the forums and such, i dont know what to do. Please help here is the url= http://www.gfx-gamers.com/forum/index.php
