Howto display PM stats al the time?

In the standard vbulletin 3.6.8 there is a line in the navbar template:

Now there is an "if" condition but how do I activate this so it will say:
"your pm box is 70% full" because as I heard on vB.com it will only be displayed when the pm box is 90% full.

Becaue at my forums it just says:
Welcome, Black Tiger.
You last visited: Sat 1st Dec '07 at 7:10pm
Private Messages: Unread 0, Total 0.

Nothing more. I would like to have that percentage line under it all the time for my users.

I've searched in the mod section under "pmstats" but nothing came up, maybe this already exists because I've seen forums which have it the way I would like to have it.
In that case maybe somebody can point me to the correct mod for this.
